SRINAGAR: All India Congress Committee (AICC) Vice President Rahul Gandhi today inaugurated Controlled Atmosphere Fruit Storage facility at Pulwama in south Kashmir.
He is scheduled to address a women’s Self Help initiative in the central Kashmir district of Badgam.
Mr Gandhi will also meet senior Congress leaders before flying back to Srinagar.
The AICC Vice President arrived here from Jammu yesterday in the afternoon.
A number of delegations, including one each from Kargil and Leh in Ladakh region met Mr Gandhi here last evening.
The Kargil delegation was led by Chief Executive Councilor (CEC) of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil Asgar Karbalayee and Nawang Rigzin Jora led the Leh delegation.
