SRINAGAR, May 10: The Jammu and Kashmir government today transferred ten senior officers, including Director Information in the Public Relations Department.
Among the prominent position holders Zaffar Ahmad, Special Secretary in Chief Minister’s secretariat, has been posted as the new Director of Information in place of Farooq Ahmed Renzu.
The transfers and postings were ordered at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at the Civil Secretariat here.
Renzu has been asked to report to the General Administration Department.
