SRINAGAR: After the darbar move, when the seat of the government shifts to Jammu province from Kashmir valley, a ‘winter Secretariat’ shall continue to function here from October 28.
An official spokesman said the winter Secretariat will function with one officer to the level of Special Secretary/ Additional Secretary, two Deputy Secretaries/ Under Secretaries and other supporting staff.
