SRINAGAR: Today Inspector General of police, Traffic in his communiqué stated that on Feb 19 all kinds of vehicles would be allowed to travel from Kashmir towards Jammu in regulated manner.
On Feb 20, he said, traffic on the national highway will ply from Jammu towards Kashmir in regulated manner.
All this, however, will be subject to fair weather conditions.
