Three dead in Kashmir mishaps

SRINAGAR, May 15: Two boys have died and nine other persons injured in different road accidents across Kashmir on Tuesday.

11-year-old Imran Ahmad Malla died on spot when he was hit by a Tractor in Magam village of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Another youth, Anam Bhat of Kulgam district in South Kashmir was going to school when hit by a Sumo vehicle, killing him on the spot.

Meanwhile nine people were injured when a passenger vehicle skid off the road at Jhudteng Brah in Mattan area of South Kashmir. The injured were shifted to Hospital for treatment.

In a seperate incident, an engineer was killed when a building of the Military Engineering Service (MES) collapsed at Humhama in the outskirts of Srinagar.

Sagar Singh son was working in the office when the structure collapsed, police said.

Police have registered cases for all the incidents.
