SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) has postponed the objective type written test, scheduled to be held on September 14.
Chairperson JKSSB, Shugufta Parveen, said that the examination will be now conducted on September 17, Tuesday.
The venue and timing of the examination will remain same as notified earlier, she added.
Senior separatist leader, Syed Ali Shah Geelani has called for a shutdown against the killings by the CRPF in Shopian district of south Kashmir.
“The killings will convey that we want an end to the forced occupation and will also be a message to the world that the struggle will last as along as the last Indian soldier lasts here,” he said in a statement on Thursday.
