SRINAGAR: Kashmir’s octogenarian separatist leader, Syed Ali Shah Geelani has called for a shutdown against the killing of a civilian by paramilitary CRPF in Shopian district of south Kashmir.
The shutdown call is now for Thursday – September 12.
“Geelani has called a complete shutdown against the another brutal killing of innocent youth in Shopian,” a statement by Tehreek-e-Hurriyat said.
Geelani has also called for protests on Friday.
