SRINAGAR: One person was killed and 10 others injured in different accidents in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said here today.
They said one Inderjeet Singh was killed on the spot when a car he was driving collided with an army vehicle at Delina Baramulla in north Kashmir.
Four passengers were injured when a vehicle in which they were travelling turned turtle at Tankipora Kupwara.
The injured were admitted to hospital. Sources said a vehicle turned turtle at Awantipora resulting in injuries to two people, while a motorcyclist and his pillion were injured when a vehicle hit them at Urenhall Antnatnag in South Kashmir. The injured were admitted to different hospitals.
A pedestrian was hit and injured by a vehicle at Pampore, while another person was hit by a vehicle at Kunzar in Baramulla district.
Both the injured were hospitalised.
