Police to treat admit cards as curfew passes
SHOPIAN: The Deputy Commissioner, Shopian issued the following notice for candidates taking the Service Selection Board’s test in the south Kashmir district on September 17, 2013.
“Candidates who were to appear in the written test at Government Degree College, Shopian centre shall now appear in the said examination at Rainbow International School, Batapora.”
“It is further notified for the information of examination staff and the candidates that the police and security personnel have been instructed to treat the Identity Cards of the examination staff and the Admit cards of the candidates as Curfew passes for conduct of examination in case the curfew continues to be in operation tomorrow on (Tuesday), 17.09.2013 in Shopian Town.”
In Shopian district as many as 4483 candidates are to appear at 12 examination centres.
Committees have already been constituted to conduct surprise checks of the examination centres.
