SRINAGAR: In view of the prevailing situation in the Kashmir valley, the police-public mela, which was scheduled on Sunday, has been postponed.
However, according to Police Headquarters spokesman, the 23rd Police Public Mela, which was scheduled to be held at Bakshi Stadium Srinagar on September 15, has been postponed in view of unfavorable weather conditions.
Next date for organising the Mela would be announced later.
